Grief doesn't follow a calendar. It's been a couple of years, but the pain and sadness never really goes away. There are days when I still expect my wife to walk through the front door, and the quiet of the house feels too heavy to lift. So, I started focusing on community work. And you know what? It feels wonderful! For anyone else navigating the long road of loss, I highly recommend finding your "movement". Don't think you're leaving the person behind. Just think of it as finding the strength to carry both of you forward!
